To support the 4th Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction (4AMC) to obtain practical outcome by
strengthening ties between the participating member countries, domestic/foreign experts on disaster prevention and etc. |

Participants :Disaster prevention-related academia, organization, agency and private enterprise possessing
information and technology.
Composition method : Constructed according to the main themes of the 4AMC
- International organizations, universities, disaster prevention-related academia and organizations, etc. are
participating.

|
Provide academic/technological source and information requested by the participating member countries related to the conference topic.
Holding academic/technological seminars related to the conference topic and etc. between participating member countries and Support Group when necessary.

The leading group will be composed of universities, academia/organizations and etc., and will be in charge of contacting
and providing information by topic to the participating member countries.
The participating group is composed of private enterprises and etc. possessing technology and information related to
disaster prevention and climate change, and provide sources to the leading group.

The participating member country may provide information and sources related with the 4AMC to the Support Group.
- The Support Group provide the supported sources to the personnel in charge in other participating member countries.
