How to Reserve
 

  Reservation can be registered only through E-mail, and the deadline is September 30th (Thurs.)
  Please fill in the following form and send it to ssyoung@coex.co.kr
  The contact information for the counterpart will only be provided to the party who submitted the preliminary registration.
  The schedule between the bilateral must be organized and confirmed by the corresponding parties.
  The meeting venue will be provided only when the counterpart accepts the meeting request.
  The venue will be assigned as first-come-first-serve basis of the final registration form.
  The schedule for the venue is subjected to change in accordance to the schedule of each party.
  The final schedule for the venue usage will be informed in mid-October.

 
Registration Process
 
1 Submit Bilateral Meeting Registration Form Send to ssyoung@coex.co.kr with counterpart specified
2 Registration Form delivered to the counterpart Contact information for the counterpart delivered by email (Within 2-3 days from submission of the Registration Form)
3 Mediate the schedules between two parties Final schedule confirmed through direct mediation between parties
4 Notify final reservation Notify or resubmit Registration Form with final schedule, number of participants specified
5 Final bilateral meeting schedule notified Final schedule including venue assignment notified
6 Progression of the Bilateral Meeting
