 How to Register
|
All delegates are kindly requested to register in advance by completing and submitting the Registration Form. Online Registration is highly recommended. For those not wishing to register this way, registration also will be accepted by fax or email to the Secretariat for the 4AMCDRR and become valid upon confirmation from the Secretariat. On-site registration will be not available for security reasons.

 Each delegate or participant registering online will receive a PRN (Personal Registration Number)
at the end of the registration procedure.
A confirmation email with all the registration details will be sent to every delegate registered upon submission of the Registration Form. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Secretariat.
The Press should send a valid press ID file with the press number by email or fax. It should be confirmed by the Secretariat. The Press will also need to show this together with a valid passport when picking up their accreditation.

Offline Registration

The Registration Form and hotel reservation form can be downloaded below. These are submitted by fax or email. Each delegate will receive a confirmation email with the registration details no later than one day upon submission of the Registration Form. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact the Secretariat.

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
For bank transfer, the remittance charge must be paid by the participant and a copy of the remittance receipt
should be sent to the secretariat by e-mail or fax with the participant¡¯s name.
If you choose bank transfer, Please contact to the Secretariat office.
